This site collects nothing unless you send us an enquiry. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.
Who we are
Wildcard Technologies Ltd is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16371095, at 116 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9HB. You can reach us at hello@wildcardtechnologies.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give one, and your message. Nothing is collected from you by visiting the site.
Why we hold it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you have asked us a question and we need your details to answer it. We do not use what you send for marketing and we never sell it.
Who else sees it
Resend, which delivers and hosts our email. They act on our instructions and on nothing else. Nobody else sees what you send.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless they become part of work we go on to do together, in which case they are kept with the project records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our holding it at all. Write to us and we will act within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and loads no scripts or fonts from anyone else. The only JavaScript it carries opens and closes the mobile menu.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
